Global Environment Facility

The Global Environment Facility is an independent financial organization that provides grants to developing countries for projects that benefit the global environment and promote sustainable livelihoods in local communities. GEF grants support projects related to biodiversity, climate change, international waters, land degradation, the ozone layer, and persistent organic pollutants.

International Finance Corporation

The International Finance Corporation is a member of the World Bank Group. The IFC provides loans, equity, structured finance and risk management products, and advisory services to build the private sector in developing countries.

Natural Resources Defense Council

The Natural Resources Defense Council is a global environmental action organization.  Using law, science, and the support of over a million members, the NRDC has worked for three decades to safeguard the Earth:  its people, its plants and animals, and the natural systems on which all life depends.
